Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $ 25 to $27/hour
Start: Immediate need

Position is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented RM/Team Lead Supervisor with strong communication, problem-solving, experience in manufacturer warranties, attention to detail.
Oversees the daily operations of the returns department within a electronic
manufacturing environment, ensuring the efficient, safe, and quality-compliant
processing of returned products. Lead a team to inspect, document, of returned
merchandise, serving as a key link between staff and management.


Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor the returns team, coordinating workloads, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to meet production and quality targets.

Return Processing:
Oversee the entire return process from receipt and initial inspection
to final disposition (restock, repair, scrap). This includes verifying
items against return forms and documentation, and issuing Return Merchandise
Authorizations (RMAs) where applicable.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Ensure all returned products are inspected for quality and compliance with company policies and industry regulations (e.g., ISO,GMP). Conduct root cause analysis for recurring product issues in coordination
with the Quality and Product Development teams.

Inventory Management:
Manage inventory accuracy of returned goods through
regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and timely system updates in the ERP or
Warehouse Management System (WMS)..

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all return
transactions, create reports on return rates and defect types, and ensure all team
members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Communication & Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the
team, communicating daily targets and challenges to management and liaising
with other departments such as Customer Service, Warehousing, and Finance to
resolve issues.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Typically 3-5+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or
supply chain environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory
role.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is generally required,
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., operations management,
engineering, logistics) is often preferred.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g.,
SAP).
o Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting
and data analysis.
