Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $ 8 to $20/hour

Position is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented RM/Customer Service position with strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Coordinate with production and shipping departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
 Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, data entry.
 Provide customers with product information and details on order status.
 Coordinate with internal teams, such as production and shipping, to meet
delivery timelines.
 Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive
experience.
 Maintain and update customer account information.
Qualifications
 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
to interact with customers and internal teams.
 Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
 Organizational: Strong skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
 Technical: Proficiency with Excel and CRM
 Previous experience in customer service, in a warehouse, ideally with
manufactured products, is often preferred
 Education: A High School Diploma or GED
