As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your critical thinking and clinical expertise will be invaluable as you navigate the challenges of the ER environment.

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and policies
• Document care according to standards and perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans
• Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care across departments
• Ensure patient safety and experience through critical thinking and appropriate escalation
• Engage in professional nursing activities and peer review processes

Requirements:

• Active IL RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS certifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with education verification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
