Our healthcare partner in Dubuque, IA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit team. As a valued member of the ICU team, you will:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using Philips monitoring equipment
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed

Requirements for this role include:

• Active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience
• Completion of at least one travel contract in the past 12 months
• EPIC experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA or ARC
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (highly preferred)
• Experience with Philips monitoring equipment (highly preferred)
