With a schedule that includes every other weekend and the opportunity for overtime, this role offers both stability and flexibility.

As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing acute care and swing bed patient care as part of a team, adhering to the highest standards of evidence-based practice
• Evaluating health status through the collection and assessment of health data
• Offering health teaching and counseling to patients
• Delivering supportive and restorative therapy and treatment
• Executing delegated medical functions and monitoring therapy and treatment plans
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
• Collaborating with ancillary departments and physician providers to meet the comprehensive needs of patients

Requirements for this role include:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; BSN preferred
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
• Need 1 year experience in setting
