This position will serve Howard and Sherman county and surrounding areas. This is a day position and is also a great opportunity to be a part of a fantastic care team! JOB SUMMARY The Home Health & Hospice RN provides care to patients in their home setting. The RN completes skilled nursing visits and provides education to patients and their family. A current Nebraska Registered Nurse license and valid driver's license are required.
