Location: Falls City – Falls City Nursing & Rehab Job Title Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Salary: $35-$45 Schedule: DAYS 6A-6P and NIGHTS 6P-6A Responsibilities Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians. Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients’ charts. Adjust and administer patient’s medications and provide treatments according to physician’s orders. Qualifications RN License is required. Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed.
