Job Posting: RN Home Health Position
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
Hourly Pay Rate: $70/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Position Type: Contract
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home health nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Home Health division in Santa Maria, CA. This is a 13-week contract position offering a competitive hourly pay rate. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in home health care and must hold a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care to patients, managing and administering treatments and medications
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients and families on health management
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor patients' conditions and make necessary adjustments to care plans
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification by AHA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health
- Strong communication and time-management skills
