Job Title: RN - Administrative manager (Traveler)
Location: Devils Lake, ND 58301
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hr./week
Shift: Night| 7p-7a, EOW

Requirement

• Active RN License
• ACLS | BLS | PALS|TNCC
• Covid card
• 2 supervisor references

Job Description:-

• Candidate needs at least 3 years of experience RN Administrative Manager
• Department: House Supervisor
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Preferred Certifications: NRP
• No Clinical Involvement
• Previous Travel experience required :- Yes
• Experience or 'Must have' skills: Minimum of 3 years house supervisor or manager experience, travel experience required Prefer strong ED/Trauma background but will consider MS/ICU experience
• Will they be responsible for arranging transfers?: Yes
• Will they be required to mix medications?: Yes
• Bed Management system: Non
• Do they manage bedding and staffing?: Yes, but small scale
• EMR: Meditech
• Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse - will they fill in as charge nurse?: We have one Supervisor position in the hospital, some of the duties include "charge" nurse duties
• Are the Charge Nurses required to take patient assignments: - NA
• Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Hospitalist and 2 ED providers
• Shift Details: 12 shift, 0630-1900
• Do you allow self-scheduling: yes, to an extent? With a small department, shifts can be requested but we must meet the staffing needs of the department and may occasionally need to move a shift.
• Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling?: Yes
• Weekend Requirements: EOW

Pay Details

Weekly Gross Range (Traveler):- $2,200 p/w on W2
