JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Department: Intensive Care Unit

  • Shift Timings: 18:00 - 06:00 3 days 12 hour shift.
     
  • 13 weeks; 36 or 48 hrs per week; every other weekend; holiday/hard-to-fill shift TBD depending on contract dates
  • Potential to float to other units as needed

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • ​Providing nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients with an assigned unit or clinic;
  • Implementing medical care plans;
  • Directing and supervising the patient care provided by nursing personnel assigned to the unit;
  • Maintaining standard unit activities in the absence of the Head Nurse; and 
  • Performing other related duties as assigned/required.
