We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols

• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

• Promote a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for residents and staff

Required Qualifications:

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Reliable attendance, strong organizational skills, and professionalism
