We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This is a quick-start opportunity ideal for nurses with prior long-term care experience who value teamwork, adaptability, and resident-centered care.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Contract

  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks

  • Number of Openings: 2

  • Position Urgency: Quick Start

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts; Days, Nights, and Weekends based on scheduling needs

Specialty:

  • Nursing

  • Sub-Specialty: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols

  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Required Qualifications:

  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

Preferred Attributes:

  • Creative, resourceful, and flexible in varied clinical situations

Additional Requirements:

  • Nurses are required to wear Caribbean Blue scrubs as part of the facility dress code
