RN Manager Emergency Room (Emergency Services) | Panama City, FL

Shift: Evenings (3:00 PM 11:00 PM)

• 238-bed acute care hospital; dedicated adult + pediatric ED

• ED size: 44 beds

• Volume: 140 180 visits/day

• Oversight: ~55.80 FTEs (main ED)

• Reports to: ER Director

• Role open ~91 days (prior evening manager left due to long commute)

1. ED leadership (recent):

   • 3 5 years acute care ED leadership experience and must include work within the last year

   • Titles can include: ED Charge/Team Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager

2. Education:

   • ADN or Nursing Diploma required

   • Must be actively enrolled in a BSN program (have proof/letter)

3. License:

   • Active FL RN OR compact licensure

   • If compact from another state: must obtain active FL RN compact license within 90 days of hire

   • (They note ANP license acceptable, but this is primarily an RN manager role)

4. Certification:

   • BLS (AHA or Red Cross) within 30 days of start
