WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and proactive RN Manager to oversee our nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. As the RN Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of nursing staff, coordinate nursing activities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for staff development, policy implementation, quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for improving patient care.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with performance management and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support nursing operations.
