- Position: RN Med-Surg Acute Care/OBS Unit (Day Shift)
- Location: Valley View Hospital, Colorado (Traveler Housing Available)
- Housing: Newly remodeled, fully furnished studio or 1-bedroom apartments available near hospital; includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry; no pets or deposit; move-in ready; based on availability
- Unit: Acute Care/Med-Surg Adult; serving patients with ortho surgeries, hybrid cath lab procedures, acute/chronic illnesses
- Duties:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to acute care/med-surg adult patients
- Use specialized knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Utilize nursing process for care delivery
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team
- Schedule:
- 12-hour day shifts
- Includes weekend rotation
- Must participate in call rotation: 1 call shift per 2-week period (in place of guaranteed hours if requested due to staffing)
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years in Acute Care/Med-Surg/Telemetry or similar RN experience
- Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Current Colorado RN license
- Current BLS (American Heart Association)
- Current ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Proof of current flu vaccine (no exemptions)
