Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed
Setting: Acute Care / Medical-Surgical Unit

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts in an acute care setting. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in overnight environments and are committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients during overnight shifts.

• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans.

• Respond effectively to changes in patient status and escalate care as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the designated EMR system (CPSI/Evident).

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as required.

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Minimum 3 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• Ability and willingness to work night shifts exclusively.

• Proof of a negative TB screen within 12 months prior to contract start.

• Holiday coverage required.

• Bilingual not required.

• Housing resources may be provided upon request; candidates are encouraged to secure independent accommodations.

• Candidates must be fully committed to working overnight (NOC) shifts for the duration of the assignment.
