- Job Title: RN Med Surg Days
- Duties: Oversee patient care, conduct clinical assessments, create, implement, and evaluate care plans, manage patient discomfort, educate patients and families, work with colleagues and community to create care plans, delegate tasks and follow-up, use problem-solving strategies with patients, families, and staff, contribute to peers' development, show community service commitment.
- Key Skills: Understanding of nursing and patient care standards, knowledge of nursing laws, proficiency in medical terms, respect for medical and nursing ethics, exceptional communication skills, positive social skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, basic computer skills.
- Qualifications: Graduation from an Accredited Program, specialization in nursing, a valid nursing license, BLS certification or the ability to get it within 30 days of starting.
