A prestigious hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Med/Surg Units. The Med/Surg units include Post-Surgical, Neuro/Stroke, Ortho, and Oncology. The busy units range from 22 beds to 31 beds and care for a diverse patient population. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to patients and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and guide patients to a successful recovery. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care for a diverse patient population.
  • Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients needs.
  • Document care provided and the patients progress toward desired outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
  • Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active RN license.
  • BLS certification.

  • Part-time or full-time, permanent position
  • Hours: 24-36 hours/week
  • Multiple shifts available; 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 7a-3p, and 3p-11p
  • Compensation: $35-45/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
