At Mother Hull Home, we believe our caregivers work hard to provide exceptional care to our residents and we should work hard to meet our staff needs. In order to meet these growing needs of the healthcare field, all of our current staff has received a wage increase and a new wage scale has been implemented with starting wage of $35/hr for RN in addition to generous differentials and pick up pay. We are a five star staffed facility with a commitment to retain these staffing levels and are currently growing our team to grow our resident census.
