Rn Ob Med Surg Chamberlain Apply
| General job duties. Types of procedures required. Will perform nursing cares for a laboring patient, post-partum patient, and all general medical patients. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Epic and Ommicell Required skills and minimum years of experience. Min 2 years OB and MS experience. Pref all in a CAH. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. NRP, ACLS and BLS required. SD or compact state RN license. Shift or schedule requirements. Every other weekend and holiday, 12 hour shifts, 36 hours a week. OT is not required, but may be offered. Floating to over units/departments. General med and labor and delivery. Possible float to ER if able. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 25 bed critical access hospital. 5 bed ER, 2 laboring rooms. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. Ob is a 1:1 or 1:2 depending on progress of labor. Gen med is 5:1 or 6:1 depending on the acuity. Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. 3-12 hour shifts. Orientation my be difficult in OB as during those 3 shifts we may not have a patient |
Comments:36 hours per week - 12 hour shifts Every other weekend and holiday. 3 Call Shifts Required in a 13 week contract Willing to take a local candidate! LOCAL RATES (80mi Radius) Bill rate will be xx8 less
