We are currently seeking an RN for our Private Duty Care department to cover VA visits. This position will be responsible for admissions, and routine nursing visits; including medication set ups and maintaining the plane of care. These services are either privately paid, funded by a Long-Term Care insurance policy or the VA.

Responsibilities:
- Complete admission assessments and reassessments for pediatric caregiver population
- Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs
- May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services
- Provide instruction/ education on medication
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
- Home Care experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
