As an RN with Empro Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, where your clinical skills will be put to use in providing comprehensive patient care. Hourly Rate: $48 - $53

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to identify healthcare needs and establish care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and care processes.
  • Document all patient care activities, assessments, and treatment in electronic health records accurately.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain nursing competencies.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and families in various healthcare settings.

Requirements

  • Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical environment.
  • Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, focusing on patient-centered care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
