Vive is a Joint Commission Accredited Facility! VIVE Adolescent Care is an inpatient acute stabilization facility. At Vive our mission is to provide "in Crisis" youth with short term, innovative, individualized medical and clinical treatment while providing safety, stabilization, and renewed hope for patients and their families. Responsibilities Nurses are responsible for: Assess clients illness and injuries; Medication management; Plan and implement nursing actions according to clients needs and formulate plan of care including discharge planning; DOCUMENTATION progress notes, admission notes, and shift summaries in a timely manner; Communicates effectively with other staff, clients, and parents/guardians; Comply with Joint Commission, State, and infection control policies. Ability to physically go up and down flights of stairs quickly, bend and twist, and lift 50lbs. Qualifications RN license (Required) Experience: Nursing 1 year (Preferred); NEW RN Grads considered.
