Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Physician's Practice!Are you an experienced RN looking to make a difference in a supportive, fast-paced, and patient-focused environment? We're looking for someone like you to join our team! In this role, you'll provide top-notch care to patients in an outpatient setting while playing an important role in creating a positive, engaging experience for both patients and their families.What You'll Do:Welcome Patients with a Smile: Be the first face patients see and make them feel comfortable and cared for as they enter our practice.Clinical Equipment & Safety: You'll operate clinical equipment with care, perform regular checks to ensure everything is in top shape, and report any maintenance issues. We count on you to help keep our workspace running smoothly and safely.Patient Engagement: You'll help ensure our patients have a great experience by responding to their questions and concerns in a timely manner. If something needs follow-up, you'll make sure it gets to the right person.Infection Control & Aseptic Techniques: You'll be committed to the highest standards of infection control, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.Lab Work: Collect and process lab specimens, keep track of results, and maintain recordsyour attention to detail will help keep our operations running smoothly.Be a Team Leader: You'll support and guide your team, helping everyone thrive and stay focused on providing the best patient care possible.What You'll Need:Education: A nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program. A Bachelor's degree is a plus!Licensing & Certifications: Current NYS RN License, BLS, and ACLS certifications.Experience: At least two years of experience as an RN, preferably in a physician's practice or ambulatory setting. But if you have relevant experience in another healthcare setting, we'd love to hear from you!Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management systems.Communication Skills: You're great at talking with peoplewhether it's patients, families, or coworkers.
