Overview We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. This role involves the comprehensive evaluation and execution of the nursing process for patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The Emergency Department Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, emergency setting. Education Requirements Graduate of accredited school of nursing Licensure Maintains valid R.N. Louisiana licensee or temporary permit Certifications BLS within 30 days of hire ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire Experience Requirements One year of Emergency Department nursing, preferred Special Requirements Oral and written communication skills Computer skills Personal Qualities Possesses personal qualities such as kindness, empathy, understanding, respect, good judgment, integrity, loyalty, a sense of humor, and an ability to relate to people in a compassionate manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
