Or choose our Weekly Pay option Full-Time Opportunities available $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time roles Shift Differential available Excellent PTO and benefits Opportunities for advancement Position Summary: The primary responsibility is to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure high-quality care, in accordance with all applicable standards, policies, and regulations. Adherence to health, sanitary, and infection control policies is essential, along with maintaining standards set by community administration and nursing policies. Education & Qualifications: Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice Current CPR certification Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written instructions Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff Knowledge of safety and sanitary techniques Flexibility to work scheduled hours as required Must not pose a health or safety threat to others Experience: Previous supervisory experience preferred Shift & Wage: Full-Time opportunity Shifts: Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am Shift Differential available $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid quarterly over one year About Us: We are a leading long-term care provider operating in six states, committed to exceptional resident and staff care.
