Responsibilities:
- Dive into the heart of patient care and education, igniting connections and empowering individuals on their healthcare journey.
- Collaborate closely with providers and the Center Manager to elevate our clinical performance to new heights.
- Be the guardian of quality care, ensuring every interaction meets and exceeds national and organizational standards.
- Stay on the cutting edge of state regulations, equipping yourself and others with the latest knowledge and resources.
- Lead the charge in maintaining a culture of clinical excellence and patient safety within the center.
Requirements:
- Embrace the adventure with an AA/AS degree in Nursing (BSN or Healthcare Administration preferred).
- Hold the key with a valid RN license in state(s) of employment and the essential BLS certification.
- Bring your wealth of experience, with a minimum of 5 years' current nursing/medical work under your belt.
- Experience in community-based clinics or with the senior population is a major plus.

Pay Details:
$82,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year
Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
