RNValley City, North DakotaCHI Mercy Health Valley CityResponsibilities:Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shiftAdminister medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentationCollaborate with healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imagingPerform and document assessments as stated on Patient Care Plan and/or as patient condition requires, i.e. admission system assessment, vital signs, intake and output, ADLs, etc.Identify discharge planning/education needs as early as possible upon admission, document and plan in order to meet those needsComplete all documentation according to standard operating proceduresPerform personal cares according to standard operating procedureCollect and accurately charge for all patient care items and/or services. Charge sheet is completed at the end of each shift.
