Roadway Engineer Apply
Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. (KCA) has an opening in our Fort Myers office for a Roadway Engineer. This full-time position requires a strong foundation in engineering design principles and concepts, FDOT design standards, FDOT plans preparation procedures, understanding of roadway geometrics and roadside safety, and solid communication skills. This position will require the engineer to possess strong MicroStation/Geopak & ORD plans production skills; prior MicroStation and AutoCAD experience is desired. Responsibilities include designing and producing plans for transportation-related projects from preliminary to final design including specifications, cost estimates, and final bid packages. Work at this level requires the candidate to be a proactive, self-starter that is willing to work with a team of engineers on projects throughout Florida.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred1-5 years of engineering related experience is preferredEI Certification is preferredProficient with MicroStation/GeopakStrong roadway geometric design knowledge is preferred.Knowledge of FDOT FDM, Standard Plans, Specifications & Florida Greenbook criteria is preferredAbout KCAWhen you join Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) you will be working with talented, energetic people that enjoy what they do and have fun doing it.
