You will own the full automation lifecycle, contribute to process and tool improvements, and act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams.This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, involving close interaction with clients, partners, customer success teams, and global stakeholders, including US-based customers. You will also help drive delivery excellence by monitoring and improving team-level metrics, KPIs, and automation quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery of enterprise UiPath automations, from solution design through deployment and production support.Architect scalable, secure, and reusable automation solutions aligned with UiPath enterprise standards.Partner with business, IT, and customer success teams to convert business needs into effective automation outcomes.Act as a technical escalation point, ensuring issue resolution, delivery quality, and predictable timelines.Support release planning, risk management, and change control in alignment with governance and compliance standards.Create and maintain clear, accurate delivery documentation to support testing, deployment, and operational handover.Enable system integrations across applications, data sources, and platforms to support complex automation use cases.Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices, code quality, and reusability.Maintain proactive communication with clients and partners to drive trust, transparency, and value realization.Preferred experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using UiPath Document Understanding or similar tools.Preferred experience on UiPath Agentic.Required Qualifications & SkillsUiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is preferred.Deep hands-on expertise with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Cloud capabilities.Good to have integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, queues, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud).Strong foundation in automation architecture, design patterns, and software development life cycle (SDLC).Practical experience with source control and release management using Git and/or Azure DevOps.Working knowledge of DevOps concepts, production support models, and operational monitoring.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset while collaborating across teams.Core CompetenciesLifelong learner mindset (company sponsors 2 Ui Path paid certifications/year)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work effectively in Agile environmentsOwnership, accountability, and customer-focused deliveryWhy Join Ashling PartnersAt Ashling Partners, our people are our greatest strength.
