This helps us better understand your strengths and workplace preferences and ensures the right fit for both you and our team.Job Description:The daily responsibilities of a Route Service Representative (RSR) include but are not limited to the following:Responsible for representing Mini Melts Ice Cream to our various customer locations (Convenience Stores, Drug, Grocery, Entertainment Centers, Malls & Schools and universities)Work with decision makers in these locations to ensure we are meeting their needs with our white glove service commitmentAt each location on your route you will service and stock Mini Melts provided equipment which includes vending machines and Grab N Go freezersYou will be provided a company vehicle, Transit Van to deliver productWork closely with local and regional leadership to drive growth for the Mini Melts brandCollect, secure, and transport funds removed from serviced vending machines and Grab N Go collections to the officeEnsure equipment is fully operational and updated with current point of sale. On service call you will be responsible for preventive maintenance such as ice scraping, cleaning, & replacing of stickers or signage of vending machines & Grab N Go freezersRSR will be responsible to update management thru our route for me softwarePerform tasks as needed by Depot leadershipRequirementsFlexible schedule and ability to work at least 40 hours per weekReport to local depot at beginning of each day to receive routing updatesDrive motor vehicles and obey all laws and transportation procedures.
