About the role We are looking for an RPA Developer for the GSSC CoE team, a smart specialist with passion for innovation, drive for results, able to independently manage and execute entire automation projects and willing to work with international teams to deliver automation solutions that remove repetitive work and improve business performance. In this role you will design, develop, test, deploy and support automation solutions, collaborating with global stakeholders and owning automation projects end‑to‑end and will also have the opportunity to work with the latest Intelligent Automation and AI technologies, helping shape next‑generation solutions that combine RPA, Generative AI, and enterprise digital transformation. What will you do Develop and configure process scripts Ensure associated configuration methodologies are followed Drive solution testing and support UAT, creating required documentation Ensure processes are fully tested before deployment Provide post‑sprint support for configured robots Collect and maintain scripts and solutions in the Robotics library Produce and maintain documentation and release packages Maintain and develop quality frameworks and reporting tools Participate in workshops and feasibility assessments Conduct peer reviews Ensure Design Authority compliance and process adherence Independently manage automation projects from start to finish Develop AI‑enhanced automations by integrating RPA solutions with AI and intelligent document processing services Identify and implement AI use cases that improve automation efficiency and business value Who you are At least 2–3 years of experience with Blue Prism or similar RPA software Experience in maintenance and incident management of RPA solutions Knowledge of VBA, VB, SAP scripting, Python, C#, SQL or TSQL Excellent MS Office skills Experience designing, developing, testing and deploying robotics solutions Experience with AI‑enabled automation, including Generative AI, document understanding or intelligent data extraction solutions, is a plus Understanding of business processes and context and experience in a multicultural international environment Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM or ITIL is a plus Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Good command of English Where you'll be You will be part of the Global Shared Services Centre of Excellence, in Cracow where we provide essential services to all companies within the Electrolux Group worldwide.
