Key Responsibilities: This is a unique opportunity in which Selected candidates need to complete a 4-week mandatory remote paid training prior to placement. Develop, enhance, and maintain applications written in RPG on the Client AS400/iSeries platform. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Debug and resolve software issues and support ongoing production systems. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and system integration efforts. Work closely with senior developers, QA, and business analysts in an agile environment. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; 0–2 years of hands‑on experience with RPG IV / RPGLE programming. Working knowledge of Client AS400/iSeries systems. Basic understanding of CL (Control Language) and DB2. Familiarity with job scheduling and file management on AS400. Good problem‑solving and debugging skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Exposure to ILE concepts, Free Format RPG, or embedded SQL. Basic understanding of version control tools and ticketing systems.
