Job Description Align technology strategy with Retail Transformation Manager’s prioritized plan. Work with RbA retailers to identify technology enhancements, process improvements, and best practices. Partner with cross functional teams including (BA/Implementation Specialist/IT Product Owners) to deliver world class customer experience for our retail network. Supports organizational change management process and communications to support ongoing technology enhancements and support needs. Partner with external technology vendors to support continuous improvement. Act as SME for business process requirements for supported technology. Represents network’s needs when defining and implementing technology solutions. Responsibilities Continuously engage with internal (CG) stakeholders and IT to identify key technology usage, gaps and needs, and to prioritize and implement change. Execute and drive the Strategy, Vision and Roadmap for technology usage and/or transformation at RbA. Manage, and execute the organizational change management approach for RbA retail network. Identify, develop, and prioritize RbA network technology enhancement requests. Partner with IT product owners to prioritize and develop roadmap for enhancements. Responsible for understanding technology roadmap from RbA technology vendors. Manage network technology communications for the RbA retail network for functional area. Be an active participant on functional area council to represent IT on specific council. Qualifications And Skills 5 years Salesforce or equivalent Technology Business Experience. Ability to travel to retail locations up to 30% of the time. 4-year degree preferred or minimum of 5 years equivalent business experience. Strong technical & analytical skills (either from formal education or through comparable work experiences).
