Pete's RV Center is seeking a dedicated RV Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling recreational vehicles such as travel trailers. The technician may specialize in maintaining various systems including gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems, as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing RV systems effectively.
  • Performing general repairs and services across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
  • Prioritizing work orders, addressing urgent requests, and completing all assigned preventative maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Ensuring all shop and maintenance policies, procedures, standards, and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in RV repair.
  • Electrical knowledge with the ability to read wiring schematics.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
  • Familiarity with carpentry and light plumbing is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Personal toolset suitable for various repair tasks.
  • Proficient in using tablet-based technology for work orders and records.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of work done and in progress.
  • A motivation to excel in a performance-based environment.
  • Must have a track record of excellent customer satisfaction.

$20- PDI/Service Technician Apprentice

$25- Service Technician, Level 1 RVTI Certified

$30- Service Technician, Level 2 RVTI Certified

$35- Service Technician. Level 3 RVTI Certified

$40- Service Technician, Level 4 RVTI Master Certified
