Overview Works under minimal supervision within Professional Service Dept. to ensure timely reports and data to stores, outside agencies and vendors. Prepares reports and maintains various files and information for the department. Scope of Responsibilities Works under minimal supervision within Professional Service Dept. to ensure timely reports and data to stores, outside agencies and vendors. Prepares reports and maintains various files and information for the department. Job Summary Assists and supports the Professional Services department to ensure compliance with the DSCSA, DEA, CSOS enrollment, SOM threshold review and training. This is an on-site role and not a remote position. Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation and submission of paperwork for all CSOS enrollment and training for electronic C-II ordering Responsible for running appropriate reports for the monitoring of control thresholds in order to make adjustments for the KPH warehouse SOM program as well as communicating to all appropriate sources at the wholesaler and KPH operations any CSMP-threshold order issues Responsible for managing the Track and Trace program inclusive of setting up suppliers and managing data in the Tracelink system Responsible for HCS setup and data submission Responsible for updating all product additions and changes for the Kinney Care Program including interacting with Relay Health Prepares report as needed for regulatory compliance, market share and rebate programs as needed. Interfaces with Third Party Dept on issues related to drug payment on claims Monitors compliance and registrations for various purchasing programs including but not limited to ANDA and INTEGRATED PHARMACEUTICAL LEASE (IPLEDGE) Assists department in tracking credits and rebates due from all purchasing sources, interacts with AP as needed. Responsible for maintaining Store State Price Chart Files Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs Understands the duties of co-workers to assist in backing up Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience Preferred Previous experience in store pharmacy operations, Third Party operations, and/or Administrative Assistant duties Educational Requirements Minimum: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, or related field Preferred: BS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, or related field Special Conditions Of Employment Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position Drug Test Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring Compensation $21.00 - $22.50 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
