Join Our Team at Next Step Ministries

Next Step Ministries is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Safe House Residential Advocates. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• 1 Full-Time, 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 1 Full-Time, 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–9:00 AM
• 2 PRN (As Needed) Positions

Pay Range: $12.00 – $12.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering the crisis hotline and providing support to callers
• Conducting intakes for incoming clients
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe living environment
• Performing light cleaning duties as needed
• For the 2nd shift position, occasional lifting of 10-15 lbs may be required up to two days per week
