Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Administrative Assistant to support the safety team in a manufacturing environment. This short-term contract role focuses on administrative support, documentation, and coordination to help maintain safety compliance and organization on-site. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Safety Department Maintain and organize safety documentation, reports, and training records Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Word Support communication between safety staff and production employees Help coordinate safety meetings, training sessions, and related paperwork Ensure accurate filing and record retention in compliance with company and regulatory requirements Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Prior manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
