NO PER DIEM OFFERED

Days: Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays

Hours: 7am - 5:30pm + depending on project need

Overtime is available


Join a team that puts safety first! Progressive Safety is looking for an experienced Safety Consultant to support a high-profile construction project in De Soto, KS. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for hazard identification, and are passionate about protecting workers on large-scale job sites, this is the opportunity for you!


Competitive Pay + Benefits Package

Full-time, onsite at a single location


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of construction safety experience (Mega-project experience is a plus: data centers, manufacturing, EV, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
  • Must have OSHA 30 + CPR/First Aid
  • Ideally OSHA 510 (construction)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving job site
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Safety Initiatives – Implement and enforce safety policies to create a proactive safety culture.
  • Train & Educate – Conduct safety training and toolbox talks to ensure all workers understand best practices.
  • Identify & Mitigate Risks – Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments.
  • Investigate & Improve – Analyze incidents and near-misses, then develop corrective action plans.
  • Stay Compliant – Ensure the site adheres to OSHA, federal, and state regulations.
  • Collaborate – Work closely with site management and contractors to maintain a safe job site.
