Competitive Pay + Benefits Package Full-time, onsite at a single location What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 1+ years of construction safety experience (Mega-project experience is a plus: data centers, manufacturing, EV, etc.) Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices Must have OSHA 30 + CPR/First Aid Ideally OSHA 510 (construction) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving job site Excellent communication and leadership skills What You’ll Do: Lead Safety Initiatives – Implement and enforce safety policies to create a proactive safety culture. Train & Educate – Conduct safety training and toolbox talks to ensure all workers understand best practices. Identify & Mitigate Risks – Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments. Investigate & Improve – Analyze incidents and near-misses, then develop corrective action plans. Stay Compliant – Ensure the site adheres to OSHA, federal, and state regulations.
