This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and is passionate about building a strong safety culture. If you enjoy working cross‑functionally, driving compliance, and making a measurable difference in employee well‑being—this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Do Lead and manage all aspects of workers’ compensation programs, including claims coordination and return-to-work processes Partner with medical providers, leadership, and employees to ensure safe and timely recovery outcomes Maintain and track injury records, OSHA logs (OSHA 300), and compliance reporting Investigate and document workplace incidents, ensuring proper follow‑up and communication Develop, coordinate, and deliver safety training programs aligned with OSHA, ANSI, and internal standards Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and facility observations to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with leadership and safety committees to drive continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and training efforts Support and oversee first responder and emergency response programs What You Bring Experience in safety coordination, EHS, or industrial safety roles Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, compliance standards, and workplace safety practices Background in workers’ compensation, claims management, or return-to-work programs Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement proactive safety solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Preferred Background Industrial, manufacturing, or production environment experience Familiarity with PPE standards, safety audits, and regulatory reporting Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in safety, environmental health, or related field Why This Opportunity Stands Out Play a key role in shaping and improving workplace safety culture High visibility position with leadership collaboration Opportunity to influence training, compliance, and operational excellence Stable, long‑term career growth within a safety‑focused organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
