Your expertise will ensure compliance with OSHA standards, analyze workplace hazards, and conduct essential safety training for our workforce. This position is vital to maintaining a safe work environment and driving our safety initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and implementation of company safety policies and programs. Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization. Conduct project safety inspections, present findings, and ensure corrective actions are taken. Develop and deliver educational seminars and safety training to employees. Collaborate with the Safety Manager to review and update policies and procedures.Prepare accident and violation reports, determine causes, and assist affected employees. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the construction industry Effective communication skills (oral, verbal, and written) in English Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to travel to job sites on a regular basis.
