Responsibilities Lead comprehensive safety training programmes, including onboarding, refresher training, driver road testing, and MVR, drug, and background screening Develop and implement job-specific safety plans, identifying hazards and deploying appropriate controls, procedures, and equipment Conduct regular safety equipment inspections and site safety visits to ensure compliance and operational readiness Investigate accidents, injuries, and job-related incidents, delivering root cause analysis and corrective actions Enforce safety policies and PPE compliance across active job sites and field operations Serve as primary safety representative during OSHA inspections, managing regulatory compliance and documentation Skills/Must have Extensive experience in construction or safety Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers CHST BCSP Certification OSHA 510 First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training Emergency Procedures Training NFPA 70E and LOTO competency and experience Mental Health First Aid Training Valid Driver’s License Available to work a 6-8 month project Benefits Accommodation is covered Company vehicle Salary $45 - $55 per hour ($150 per diem rate) #J-18808-Ljbffr
