Are you a safety professional with a proven track record of developing and managing world-class safety programs in large industrial environments? We’re seeking a Safety Program Manager who brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to workplace safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Program Development:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and operation of a world-class safety program in a large industrial setting.
  • Continuously assess and improve safety procedures, ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • Risk Assessment:
  • Take a hands-on approach to identifying and mitigating risks across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement corrective measures to reduce hazards.
  • Compliance & Regulation Management:
  • Stay current with OSHA rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices are consistently applied.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with OSHA and other regulatory bodies.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and develop a high-performing safety team.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to promote a strong culture of safety throughout the organization.

Requirements

ualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or a related field.
  • CSP Certification (Certified Safety Professional) is required.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of safety experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong industrial experience with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex operational environments.
  • Proven track record of working with and interfacing with OSHA to ensure compliance and resolve issues effectively.
  • Leadership & Stability:
  • Strong leadership skills are critical to success in this role.
  • No job hoppers—seeking candidates with a history of long-term contributions in prior roles.
