The Safety Specialist supports a safe and compliant work environment by promoting adherence to company, customer, and regulatory safety standards. This role conducts safety inspections, communicates safety concerns, supports incident reporting and investigations, and partners with operations to ensure shop floor activities meet safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine safety walks and inspections
  • Report, document, and assist with investigations of incidents and injuries
  • Communicate safety concerns and corrective actions
  • Support safety metrics and compliance with company and OSHA standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and wear required PPE
