Job Title : Sailpoint Engineer

Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8+ Years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in SailPoint implementation and administration (preferably IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors, workflows, and customizations.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance, provisioning, access reviews, and security policies.
• Strong knowledge of Java and BeanShell for SailPoint customizations.
• Experience with SailPoint's rule engine, identity lifecycle management, and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with integrations (LDAP, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Workday, cloud apps).
• Knowledge of security protocols such as SSO, MFA, and OAuth.
• Certifications: SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ certifications (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
