Varsity Mulching is a fast-growing seasonal home services company focused on delivering a premium, highly organized mulching experience each spring. As we scale, were looking for a Sales & Admin Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in converting inbound leads into booked jobs.

This role is primarily about answering the phone, guiding homeowners through their property, and closing sales.

What Youll Do

• Answer inbound phone calls from homeowners requesting quotes or information
  
  
• Walk customers through their property using our measuring software and explain what you see
  
  
• Confidently convert inbound leads into booked jobs
  
  
• Route calls to the correct team member when needed
  
  
• Provide clear, professional customer service and follow-up
  
  
• Accurately log notes, outcomes, and customer details in our CRM
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Strong sales and closing ability
  
  
• Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
  
  
• Comfort spending much of the day on the phone
  
  
• Ability to clearly explain visual/property information to homeowners
  
  
• General familiarity with landscaping terminology (mulch, edging, beds, shrubs, etc.) is a plus
  
  
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Role Details

• Location: Fully remote (preferred if you can work from our office in Furlong, PA)
  
  
• Season: Mid-February through November
  
  
• Offseason: Very light workload
  
  
• Compensation: Salaried + commission (commission tied directly to booked revenue)
  
  
• Schedule: Flexible, with heavier hours during peak season
