Responsibilities
Partner with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage
Build and manage a portfolio of personal and small-business insurance clients
Develop trusted, long-term relationships through proactive service
Present and explain policy options in person, by phone, and digitally
Cross-sell complementary products (e.g., life, home, auto, business)
Provide ongoing client support including policy reviews and renewals
Maintain accurate records in agency management systems
Requirements
A relationship-builder with a consultative sales mindset
Comfortable engaging prospects through networking, referrals, and community events
Organized, communicative, and client-focused
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals
Customer service oriented with strong verbal and written communication
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Ability to obtain required Iowa insurance licenses (P&C required; Life & Health preferred)
