What You’ll Do:
As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of our clients’ brands inside big-box retail stores. You’ll engage with shoppers, answer product questions, and provide tailored recommendations that lead to sales. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for anyone ready to kickstart a long-term career in sales, marketing, or business development.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers face-to-face and educate them on current product offerings
- Assist customers with purchases, upgrades, and account questions
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain product displays and promotional signage
- Collaborate with team members to improve campaign results
