This role blends empathetic customer service with performance-driven sales to guide individuals and families toward life-changing legal solutions.Success attributes:Sales-Driven with Heart You have at least 3 years of proven experience in consultative or service-based sales, and you thrive on delivering results that truly matter.Empathetic Communicator You're skilled at listening deeply, speaking clearly, and making people feel understood.Mission-Aligned You're passionate about justice, dignity, and supporting immigrant communities.Resilient & Self-Motivated You can navigate emotionally charged conversations while maintaining focus and energy.Highly Organized You manage your time well, prioritize tasks effectively, and stay on top of systems and documentation.Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help.Convert qualified leads into initial consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach.Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call handling metrics.Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system.Work closely with teammates to continuously improve client experience and sales strategy.Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion.Go the extra mile to engage customersRequired background:The ideal candidate for this role must possess previous demonstrated success in sales.Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency)Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industriesStrong customer service background and phone communication skillsAbility to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demandPreferred background:Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, or financial servicesBackground in high-volume phone-based environments such as call centers or client intakePrevious roles in education sales, real estate, or coaching programsFamiliarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platformsCompensation:$16,000 - $18,000 MXN pesos/month (Net Salary)Uncapped Commissions. Up to $12,000 - $22,000 per month.8 hours per day, 2 off days per week.100% Remote Work anywhere in Mexico.Growth Opportunities.
