JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES

International Partnerships:

• Drive the development of strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders across Europe, including relevant agencies, healthcare organizations, hospitals, and corporates, to facilitate international collaboration for our portfolio companies

• Identify and nurture key relationships that can lead to collaboration opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with the company's goals


Global Incubator Program Management:

• Support the scouting for and selection process of European healthcare startups participating in our programs

• Oversee the incubator programs of selected portfolio companies in the region, ensuring they meet their milestones and objectives

• Monitor the progress of portfolio companies, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success and growth

 

Community Building:

• Foster a vibrant and supportive European community among healthcare and MedTech startup founders within our incubator

• Organize international meetups, demo days, and cross-cultural knowledge-sharing events to promote global collaboration

• Participate in key startup events within the region to strengthen our presence and network

• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to promote the community and its success stories


Additional Elements:

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the healthcare and MedTech sector

• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the MedTech portfolio

• Collaborate with the Investment team to assess potential investment opportunities

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform decision-making

• Contribute to the development of marketing and branding strategies for our portfolio companies

• Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities to the VentureBlick Leadership Team

Requirements

• Prior experience working at a VC firm, incubator, accelerator, government agency, consulting firm, or startup is essential

• Previous exposure to healthcare/MedTech startups is an absolute must

• Sound knowledge of medical device development and commercialization roadmap

• Proven experience in program management

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, startups, and medical advisors

• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred)
